The price for the entire renovation includes the land and the unrestored trullo or villa, but to give you a better idea as to what you are going to have to pay to get your project off the ground the price quoted also includes the planning application, an 8x5m swimming pool where possible, the rebuild costs, electrics, sanitation, cesspit, windows, doors, terrace and the cost for a standard bathroom and kitchen. You can, of course, choose upgrades wherever you want but this will give you a much better idea of the cost to get your holiday home in a habitable condition.
